Pink Pony
We all know that the Internet is amazing. And when you combine that knowledge with the fact that people take pictures of absolutely everything, the sum of these two things is as follows:
Internet + Pictures of Everything = Awesome.
Tonight, I found the above photo on Flickr. Out of curiosity, I did a search for “pink pony” to see who else had taken pictures of pink ponies and put them on Flickr. Turns out, just about 1,000 people. I was amazed. Then I knew I had to make a slideshow to share with the world. There were hundreds of pictures that I considered to put in this slide show, but the 26 below, are, in my opinion, the best of the best. Enjoy.

A Cozy Moment
Daphne the Poodle, or Doodles, as I call her, and Sally the Cat, enjoying a moment of private time. Generally, at night, the living room is a-buzz with television and conversation, but not tonight. Jay and Suzanne were out seeing Tom Jones in concert, the kids were feigning slumber upstairs and I had just tucked in for a long winter’s nap.
Before bed, I padded back into the living room for a moment in my slippers, and walked in upon this scene of Sally kitty-kneading Daphne. The action seemed mutually appreciated. I ran back to get my camera to film it, but she had stopped “milking” Daphne by the time I had returned. I did, however, manage to capture these two photos.
Priceless.

Portraits
Portraits of the kids I live with. If you’re my family, please don’t send these out to other members of the family until after Xmas…I’m saving them to give to Suzanne and Jay (their parents) as a gift, and I don’t want the pictures to get back to them in an email or a link or something until I hand them the gift. Thanks!
